Onboarding · migration · pilot

Configured before your first login ends.

Three questions, then a workspace arrives with the modules, numbering, decision rules, security policy and starter templates that match how you operate. Drop your old system's export and approve the mapping. Bring one lab and your real history.

Onboarding is a transaction, not a project: tenant, subscription, admin user, lab-type preset and content packs are created together, audited, and idempotent. A pack installed twice changes nothing.

How a pilot runs

From the form to the first signed certificate

  1. 01
    Request

The form on the last screen of the demo. Tell us the lab, the disciplines, the instrument count and what hurts.

  2. 02
    Onboard

Three questions create the workspace: kind of operation, disciplines, accreditation posture. GxP plus Part 11 turns on required 2FA, GxP status control and a password on every signature.

  3. 03
    Import

Drop your export: Excel, CSV, TSV, or a legacy calibration system's export. The mapping is proposed and shown; you approve it; the run is idempotent and audited.

  4. 04
    Review

Starter measurement forms, spec templates, SOP drafts and uncertainty budgets from the content packs, adjusted to your procedures.

  5. 05
    Run

Real jobs on real instruments with your own history. Our verification suite runs in your workspace on day one.

  6. 06
    Decide

Keep going, or take an audited full export and leave. Either way the data is yours.

Try it · migration

Paste your header row.

The import engine proposes a mapping like this for every column, then shows it to you before anything loads. Assets map onto 30 canonical fields including site, building, room and bench.

Content packs

Fourteen discipline packs

Metrology disciplines

  • Electrical calibration: DMM and process-loop forms with % of reading + counts tolerances, reference DC voltage budget, core calibration SOPs
  • Dimensional: caliper, micrometer and gauge-block forms, resolution-aware tolerances, thermal-soak SOP, caliper budget
  • Pressure & temperature: 5-point up/down gauge and transmitter forms, PRT and thermocouple comparison, head-correction and bath SOPs
  • Mass & balances: repeatability, linearity, eccentricity; OIML test weights; USP-flavoured SOPs; balance budget
  • Pipettes & life science: ISO 8655 gravimetric verification (10 replicates, Z-factor, evaporation), biotech environment SOPs
  • Torque & force: ISO 6789 torque wrenches (5 readings at 20/60/100 %), force gauges, classification MPEs, torque budget
  • RF & electronics: oscilloscope gain and timebase, generator frequency in ppm, RF power
  • Optical & analytical: UV-Vis wavelength and photometric accuracy per USP ‹857›, lux meters, certified-filter practice
  • Humidity & environmental: RH probes and loggers by chamber comparison or saturated salts
  • Gas detection: portable 4-gas bump vs full calibration, certified-gas practice, span budgets
  • Flow, time, sound & physical: flowmeters, stopwatches, sound level meters, accelerometers, pH/conductivity, centrifuges

Quality systems

  • GxP manufacturing QMS: document control, change control, deviations, CAPA, batch review, supplier qualification, training; turns on GxP equipment-status control
  • Medical devices (ISO 13485): design control, ISO 14971 risk management, complaint handling and vigilance, purchasing controls, validation master plan
  • Automotive (IATF 16949): calibration control per 7.1.5, MSA and gauge R&R programme, control of nonconforming product, layered audits

What every pack does

  • Installs uncertainty budgets first so measurement forms bind to them by name
  • Idempotent by name: re-installing reports what was skipped
  • Records the installation in the audit trail
  • Shows counts of forms, spec templates, documents and budgets before you install
Import and migration

Bring your history, mapped

Formats and targets

  • Excel (.xlsx, .xlsm, .xls), CSV and TSV; delimiter auto-detected
  • Six targets: assets, calibration history, clients, reference standards, inventory, parts, each with required fields and a permission gate
  • Legacy exports from IndySoft, Fluke MET/TEAM, Blue Mountain RAM, GAGEtrak and generic CSV

Safety

  • Mapping proposed by the AI with a deterministic fallback; only headers that exist are mapped; the method is reported
  • Duplicate certificate numbers and duplicate events skipped; clients and standards matched by name
  • History never creates a phantom asset: rows that match no asset by tag or serial are reported, not invented
  • Every run writes an audit row with created, updated and skipped counts; re-runs are safe

After import

  • Imported historical certificates render with a visible 'historical record, migrated' statement
  • Taxonomy classification and back-fill across the register
  • Getting-started checklist: install a pack, add or import instruments, invite the team, set the security policy, turn on automation
Questions

Before you start

How long does it take?

The workspace exists before your first login ends. A pilot on real history is days, mostly your review of the mapping and the templates.

Do we need IT involved?

Not to start: it is a browser application. For SSO, SCIM or an on-premise deployment, yes.

What if our export is a mess?

That is the normal case. The mapper shows you what it understood and what it did not; phantom rows are reported, not loaded. We help with the rest.

The tour runs the working platform, not a mockup. Pilot on your own instruments with your own imported history — we set it up with you, and fixes ship in hours and days, not release cycles.
