Customer portal

Their assets. Their certificates. Their requests.

Each customer gets a branded portal scoped hard to their own customer id: instruments with status and due dates, certificate history, quote approval, service requests (including bulk), statements and invoices, and public certificate verification by number.

Customers can register their own assets for lab-side review, withdraw a request, leave feedback or raise a complaint that lands in your QMS, and read the confidence page that explains how their results were decided. A shared message thread on every order replaces the email chain.

Guards the system enforces

Things it refuses to do

A quality system is defined as much by what it will not accept. These are enforced in the platform, not in a procedure.

refuses

See another customer's assets

Never. Portal access is scoped to the customer id on every query.

Try it · Certificate verification

Verify a certificate number.

Three sample numbers: one pass, one conditional with an amendment, one fail. The public page tells the truth about each.

Why it's different

Compared with what is out there

Email

No more emailing PDFs.

The certificate the customer downloads is the current revision. If it was amended, they see that too.

Honesty

Verification is public and honest.

A conditional result says so. A revoked certificate says so.

Beta · free while we build it with the first labs and plants

Bring one lab and your real history.

The tour runs the working platform, not a mockup. Pilot on your own instruments with your own imported history — we set it up with you, and fixes ship in hours and days, not release cycles.
